The importance FUNTAM gives to the quality management is guaranteed by the certificates obtained from independent prestigious agencies:

• Company Certificate
• Certificate of quality management system accorded to the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2000 issued by AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification), obtained in June 1995, renewed in 2003 and valid until November 2006. It is based on:

• Client guidance
• Continuous personnel training
• Staff participation
• Improvement teams
• Staff information

• Certificate of environmental management system ISO 14001 issued by AENOR which entails:

• Commitment from the Organization
• Internal development of the System
• Waste materials reduction plan

• Certificate IQ NET

Every year, the audits carried out by independent agenciesare passed.

In the organization structure of FUNTAM, the quality and environment department reports directly to the General Direction and to two commitees with a monthly control:

• Quality and environment commitee
• Safety and health commite
